Treating disease can provide some relief but it is costly and not always successful. The only effective form of protection is vaccination.

To find a local veterinarian who can desex your pet visit the Australian Veterinarian Association website or the Greater Dandenong Sensis business directory.
People with a pet registered in the City of Greater Dandenong who receive a pension under the Social Security Act 1947 or the Veterans Entitlements Act 1986, are eligible to receive a reduction on the cost of desexing their dog or cat.
