Priority Paid has been designed for large-scale commercial and industrial planning applications in Greater Dandenong. It cuts the normal approval time for selected applications from 60 to 20 calendar days. Of course, not every planning application will be able to be processed using the Priority Paid system.

The types of projects that are eligible include:

• Commercial and industrial developments
• Applications not requiring public notification
• Applications able to be dealt with by senior planning staff who have Delegated Authority Specific conditions outlining the types of eligible developments are outlined in the attached documentation.
  

Priority Paid is designed for large-scale developments, although the time saved can also benefit smaller scale proposals.

Applications for residential developments and non commercial or industrial projects should obtain their planning approvals via the standard planning process.

We still endeavour to complete these within 60 days.
