The Eastlink tollway runs through Greater Dandenong, with intersections in Dandenong North, Noble Park, Keyborough and Dandenong South.

Smart Bus

The State Government provides the Route 901 (Frankston to Melbourne Airport) and Route 902 (Chelsea to Airport West) SmartBus services. Both of these go through Greater Dandenong.
