The following services provide 24-HOUR telephone and/or on-line counselling and support.

DirectLine is a statewide telephone service, providing 24-hour, 7 day counselling, information and referral to alcohol and drug treatment and support services throughout Victoria.
DirectLine is available to anyone in Victoria who is affected by an alcohol or drug problem. It is a service for people of all ages and backgrounds.

Communicate with a "live" professional counsellor about an alcohol or drug related concern.
The service is for anyone seeking help about their own drug use or the drug use of a family member, relative or friend. The service is free and available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, across Australia.


Family Drug Help

Family Drug Help is a Victorian service for people who are concerned about a relative or friend who is using drugs. the service provides drug and alcohol information, support, counselling and referral.


Kids Helpline
1800 55 1800

Kids Help Line is Australia's only free, confidential and anonymous, 24-hour telephone and online counselling service specifically for young people aged between five and 18.
Kids Help Line counsellors are fully qualified professionals who undergo additional accredited training at Kids Help Line. 


Lifeline

Lifeline provides 24-hour telephone counselling service at the cost of a local call. The service assist with a range of counselling themes and has 42 local lifeline centres across Australia.
