Planning Scheme Amendment C198
Greater Dandenong City Council has prepared Amendment C198 to the Greater Dandenong Planning Scheme. The amendment request has been made by MacroPlan Dimasi on behalf of PE Capital. Greater Dandenong City Council is the planning authority exhibiting the amendment.
The amendment applies to land at 2-10 Springvale Road, Springvale and 1690 Centre Road, Springvale.
What changes are proposed?
The amendment proposes to rezone the land from Industrial 1 Zone (IN1Z) to Commercial 1 Zone (C1Z) and inserts Schedule 14 to Clause 43.04 Development Plan Overlay (DPO14) into the planning scheme.
