Planning Scheme Amendment C198

Greater Dandenong City Council prepared Amendment C198 to the Greater Dandenong Planning Scheme. The amendment request was made by MacroPlan Dimasi on behalf of PE Capital.

The amendment applies to land at 2-10 Springvale Road, Springvale and 1690 Centre Road, Springvale.

What changes are proposed?

The amendment proposed to rezone the land from Industrial 1 Zone (IN1Z) to Commercial 1 Zone (C1Z) and inserts Schedule 14 to Clause 43.04 Development Plan Overlay (DPO14) into the planning scheme.

Current status

The amendments were approved by the Minister for Planning and gazetted on 13 April 2018.

A full copy of the approved amendments can be viewed online in the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP) - Planning Scheme Amendments website. Alternatively, the amendments can be inspected, during office hours, at the offices of the Greater Dandenong City Council at 225 Lonsdale Street, Dandenong.
