Food as Medicine

Using food as medicine is an excellent and empowering way to keep you and your family well through the year.

Join Naturopath, Herbalist and Nutritionist Libby Shaw in exploring traditional methods to nourish the body with the wonderful qualities of herbs. Participants will learn how easy it is to incorporate them into their everyday life.

In the workshop, participants will learn how to :

  • Make a gorgeous herbal infused vinegar for gut and immune health
  • Herbal infused bliss balls
  • Herbal syrup to combat colds and flu
  • Herbal infused bone broth recipe

Libby has over 16 years’ experience working and consulting in the natural health industry. Her aim is to help people get to the bottom of their health concerns as simply and naturally as possible.

Time: 6.30pm – 8.30pm
Costs: Adult - $20 or Concession - $17
