Public Notice: Intention to Lease - 266-270 Lonsdale Street, Dandenong

City of Greater Dandenong (Council) gives notice under section 190 of the Local Government Act 1989 (Act) of its intention to enter into a lease with Eland Technology Pty Ltd ACN 143 200 971 in respect of 266-270 Lonsdale Street, Dandenong, being the land comprised in certificate of Title Volume 9582 Folio 340 (Premises).
The principal terms of the lease will be:
A person may make a submission on the proposal. Any person proposing to make a submission under section 223 of the Act must do so by 5.00pm on Monday 1 October 2018 and state within their submission whether they wish to be heard before a Committee established by Council for this purpose. All submissions will be considered in accordance with section 223 of the Act.
Submissions should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, and can be hand delivered to Council's Customer Service offices located at 225 Lonsdale Street, Dandenong or 397 Springvale Road, Springvale, or posted to the following address:

Any person requesting to be heard in support of their submission is entitled to be heard before a Committee established by Council for this purpose or be represented by a person acting on their behalf, and will be notified of the time and date of the hearing.
