Strength Training at Jan Wilson Community Centre

Enhance your fitness and wellbeing, develop stronger muscles and bones, plus improve balance suing gentle resistance techniques.

Run by a fully qualified fitness trainer, this class is suitable for any level of fitness, including rehabilitation and arthritis sufferers and any age level.

Class schedule

  • Wednesdays - First class: 8.30am-9.30am / Second class: 9.30am-10.30am

  • Fridays - 8.30am-9.30am

No classes on during school holidays.

$5 per session.
